Becky Hill

Becky gained her BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from The University of East London and has over 30 years of experience. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and HCPC registered.


Specialism -  Musculoskeletal (MSK), Post Op Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics and Neurophysiotherapy.


After graduating in 1993, Becky worked in various NHS hospitals and settings in the UK, gaining experience in Medical, ITU, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal (MSK), Neurosurgery and Neurology.


She worked in rehabilitation in Western Australia before returning to the UK to work in the MSK field, in both NHS and private hospital settings. Becky moved to Pembrokeshire in 1999, working as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and subsequently, Clinical Specialist in Spines at Withybush General Hospital, following this, she gained further experience working in private practice in Pembrokeshire. In 2008, Becky was contracted to the British Army, providing the physiotherapy service to 14th Signal Regiment (Electronic Warfare).


Becky has worked at Physiofit since 2023 on a part time basis assisting patients with the management and rehabilitation of their MSK injuries.


Her approach to physiotherapy is focused on building strong relationships with patients and other professionals involved in their care. She encourages her patients to take an active role in their recovery. She enjoys combining (hands on) manual therapy, education and exercise prescription to help individuals reach their goals.

 


Becky is very active and enjoys mountain biking, hiking and running. Since living in Canada she has also become a keen skier! She enjoys downtime socialising with friends and spending time outdoors with her family.
