The Welsh Government Funded In-Work Support Service provides support to help employed and self-employed people improve their wellbeing and reduce sickness absence from work.

The service is aimed at employees from small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) with a mild to moderate mental or physical health condition that is impacting them at work.

You do not need to be currently absent from work to qualify for support.

About RCS - Wales

Physical symptoms, such as back pain, injuries, post operative rehabiliation causing prolonged sickness absence can quickly take its toll, with financial worries often adding to health issues.

The In-Work Support Service offers professional, one-to-one support helping you gain free and rapid access to therapies including physiotherapy to address mild-to-moderate physical conditions that are impacting you at work and help you get back up and running.

In Work Support is available FREE of charge across Wales for employees of micro, small and medium sized businesses (SMEs), funded through Welsh Government. RCS is proud to be delivering IWS in North, West and Southwest Wales.

FREE access via self referral for up to 6 sessions of Physiotherapy

If you are in work or off work with a neuro-musculoskeletal injury / condition which is affecting your work ability, performance or ability to return to work.

You can access the help you need for FREE.

Self Employed or Small/Medium sized Enteprise employee

The RCS In-Work Support Scheme is available FREE of charge across Wales for employees of micro, small and medium sized businesses (SMEs).
