Jess Griffiths
Jess graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage and is currently studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of South Wales.
Specialism - Musculoskeletal (MSK) Sports injury rehabilitation, exercise-based rehabilitation, pitchside first aid.
Since graduating, Jess has gained valuable experience working within the NHS as a Physiotherapy Assistant, supporting patients across both community and acute healthcare settings. Jess also has a Level 5 iTEC sports massage qualification.
Outside of work and study, Jess enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through sport and walking her dog. She also values spending quality time with her friends and family.
