From Milford Haven up to Fishguard and across to St Davids. We allow approximately one hour for your visit to ensure you are receiving the care you need.

To support your recovery and rehabilitation, we offer a comprehensive exercise plans, tailored made by your clinician and available for all our patients to access in the PhysiApp patient app.
Follow perfect form exercise videos and report back on your progress directly to your clinician, both online and offline. In-app reminders keep you on track and motivated, while the instant messaging feature allows you to stay in touch with your clinician.
